Just 1 hour 45 minutes from Paris, nestled between Orléans and Blois, Casa 103 is located on the Loire castles route in the small village of Messas, near Beaugency. Take a break in this peaceful haven and discover the beauty of the surroundings, with medieval villages and the Loire river to explore on foot or by bike. Casa 103 is a family-friendly cottage, perfect for stays with your loved ones. Only guests sleeping on-site are permitted. All types of parties or celebrations are not allowed. Pets are not allowed, as there are already animals on the property. Cleaning and linens are included. Breakfast is available for an extra fee. Casa 103 is on the upper floor of my farmhouse, which serves as my family home. The cottage is accessible by stairs with a private entrance. It features an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining area serving three bedrooms, as well as a meeting/TV room. Outdoor spaces are shared with my family, who live here year-round. We also enjoy the garden and pool. The pool is heated from June to August. In May and September, heating depends on the weather. It is closed during the other months. When staying at Casa 103, you should be open to sharing spaces, similar to a guesthouse. However, we adapt to each guest to remain discreet and give you priority use of the common areas.
